Damages incurred during delivery
If your product arrives crushed in its packaging, please do the following within 3 days:
1. Take pictures of the package
2. Please write a claim that states your parcel¡¬s date of delivery and condition of package, missing contents/product damage, and any other specifics, and then sign with your signature. Then present the claim to your post office for authorization. It must be stamped with their post office emblem.
3. Please then fax the document to us and email us the pictures. Keep the original document in safe-keeping. (You may find out how to dial out from your country to Taiwan from this site:

We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information) assuming the product is in new, saleable condition and all original accessories are included. We will refund/exchange the purchase price less the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping using an insured, traceable method.

Defective Products

In the rare case that the customer receives a defective product, please make a claim by emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product (verified by tracking information). The buyer is responsible for return shipping using an insured, traceable method.

If the product is tested to be defective by the manufacturer,:
• REFUND option: If the product is tested to be defective, we will issue you a full return plus reimbursement for return shipping (at most, an amount equivalent to our S&H cost).
• EXCHANGE option: If you would still like the product, then no refund will be made. In most cases, we will reimburse return shipping (at most, an amount equivalent to our S&H cost), then directly reship the exchange unit to you with updated shipping information via email.

If the product is tested to be normal/non-defective by the manufacturer:
• REFUND only: If the return product is tested to be normal, only a refund of the original sales price minus a 15% restocking fee (if necessary) will be given (excludes shipping).
